Penelope's opened in 2002 on Division Street in the Ukranian Village neighborhood of Chicago. Our boutique is stocked with a quirky mix of clothing, housewares, and accessories for men and women. We don't pay too much attention to trends, and are much more interested in classic designs, lovely prints, lots of color, attention to detail, clean lines, and good quality. We strive to give young and under-exposed designers a home in Chicago.
